This is a good picture of the scraping and painting that was performed all the way around the building.
We painted the hallways multi-colored to enhance the common areas.
New light fixtures, switches, outlets and covers everywhere.
New water heater was installed.
All the hard wood floors were refinished. We also hung blinds in all the empty units.
